A draft
If anyone would’ve told her she’d regret it, they’d be wrong. Of course, there were times she still doubted that she’d actually do it, but she did it. That was all that mattered, wasn’t it? That she’d defied her fears and that she was actually on her way to a major life changing moment.
Because, that was the only way to get over something, to actually move forward and not be stuck in the same moment all over and over again.
Defy your fears instead of just hiding behind this empty shell, she’d been told. She knew she could do it. It wasn’t a matter of when or why, just that she’d do it.
